大灣區人工智能產業協會（GBAAIIA）是一個以非牟利為本的專業組織，致力推動人工智能及機器人技術於粵港澳大灣區及香港的健康、負責任及可持續發展。我們匯聚企業、專業人士、學術界及科研機構，促進政產學研用結合、產業創新、標準制定、人才培育及國際合作。

我們圍繞三條主線提供服務：A 線（信任與規則）——標準制定、AI 與機器人認證體系、公示名錄及申訴懲戒機制；B 線（產業轉化）——Sandbox 測試、POC Sprint 加速、場景對接及採購轉化支持；C 線（供給與影響力）——年度產業地圖、景氣指數、Top 50 應用榜單、教育認證及媒體傳播。

協會設有多種會員類別，包括企業會員、初創會員、機構會員、專業會員、開發者會員、教育機構會員及投資方會員等。會員分四個等級：L1 社群級、L2 專業級、L3 合作夥伴級及 L4 戰略級。您可通過填寫《Intake 表單》啟動入會流程，我們的秘書處將在 3 個工作日內回覆並完成路由匹配。

Sandbox 是 GBAAIIA 的行業應用實證場，為企業提供標準化測試環境，支持 POC 孵化、行業解決方案驗證及標準條目形成。所有進入 Sandbox 的主體須先完成合規底座評估，並按風險等級（T1 低風險、T2 中風險、T3 高風險）接受相應審查。申請者需提交完整申請表、合規承諾及相關技術材料，並通過立項評審後方可啟動測試。L2 及以上會員可優先申請。

協會設有 AI 與 Robotics 兩條認證產品線，涵蓋六類認證：Certified AI-Ready Enterprise（企業 AI 成熟度認證）、Certified Robotics Solution（機器人解決方案認證）、Certified Modular Robot Component（模組認證）、Certified AI Application Engineer（AI 應用工程師人才認證）、Certified Industry Sandbox Project（沙盒項目認證）及 GBAAIIA Recommended Vendor（供應鏈推薦認證）。所有認證均綁定 Sandbox 證據包，具備唯一編號、有效期、公示名錄及申訴入口。

GBAAIIA 建立了完整的認證公信力治理機制，包括：審核員資源池（分級管理、冷卻期迴避、輪換派單）、認證治理財務隔離（認證收入獨立科目）、「申請受理」與「審核判定」分線操作，以及所有認證結果均可在公示名錄線上查詢、核驗與申訴。任何主體如對審核結果有異議，可在規定時限內提出申訴，由獨立的第二審核組進行復核。

協會採用標準化服務目錄（Service Catalog）定價，涵蓋 11 個服務包，包括：進入包（Join & Onboard）、場景對接包（Matchmaking）、POC 加速包（6–8 週）、Sandbox 測試包、認證輔導包、標準共創包、人才能力評測包、出海與跨境包、品牌與媒體包、投融資對接包及政府補助申請包。所有服務包採用分階段收款制度（30–50% 啟動款 + 中期款 + 交付款），L2 及以上會員可使用額度（Credits）抵扣部分費用。

協會每年固定發布「年度三件套」：《大灣區 AI × Robotics 產業地圖》（產業全景圖與資源導航）、《年度產業景氣指數》（涵蓋投資、技術、商業落地、人才及國際化五大維度）及《Top 50 應用案例 / Top 20 供應鏈推薦》榜單。所有發布成果均附帶方法學說明、數據來源分級、COI 利益衝突披露及更正申請機制，確保可引用、可追溯、可核驗。

GBAAIIA 設計了完整的「驗證—放大—成交」轉化漏斗：首先通過 Matchmaking 進行需求對接，再進入 POC Sprint（6–8 週）驗證可行性，隨後進入 Sandbox 獲得標準化測試報告與證據鏈，通過認證後可進入 Procurement Hub（採購轉化中心），以標準化解決方案包（Solution Pack）推動規模化採購與落地，並在 Showcase 區展示認證成果，加速商業成交。

初創會員可享有多項專屬支持：免費或優惠使用教育平台資源、優先進入 Accelerator 加速器並獲取融資機會、申請進入 Sandbox 測試及產品認證、獲得專家輔導與技術支持、優先參與創新挑戰賽與 Demo Day 路演，以及對接投資方會員。協會亦設有青年人才培育計劃、獎學金及 AI 公益應用計劃，支持具社會影響力的創新項目。
